Sentry-SEAL

The Sentry-Seals are designed to work in tandem with the Sentry-RMS. Whether it is the tethered or wireless version, the Sentry-Seal connects to the Sentry-RMS or other alarm or monitoring system and to the asset to be protected. With the fiber-optic cable (shown in black) the Sentry-Seal prevents access to the asset without removing the cable. When the signal from the cable is interrupted the Sentry-Seal sends an alarm to whatever system it is connected to. The Sentry-Seals also have additional sensors to further secure every asset entrusted to it.

The Sentry-Seal secures and protects access to any drawer, panel, cabinet, or door. The Sentry-Seal interfaces with the Sentry-RMS to provide real-time monitoring, alarm notification to security personnel, and breach notification via SMS and/or email to select individuals.

The principle of the Sentry-Seal is simple: a fiber-optic line is wrapped around the panel or door to be protected, if the fiber-optic line is broken, it activates an alarm. The Sentry-Seal incorporates proprietary encryption algorithms and tamper protection so that the device’s transmissions cannot be spoofed, tricked, or disabled.

There are two versions of the Sentry-Seal – a wired version and a wireless version. The wired version connects directly to a Sentry-RMS or an alarm panel. The wireless version connects 1-8 wireless seals to a single receiver connected to a Sentry-RMS or an alarm panel.

Sentry-Seal

The Sentry-Seal communicates through a direct physical connection to the Sentry-RMS or other alarm system. The tethered connection provides communication as well as a constant source of power. This connection eliminates the need for battery replacement, allowing for zero-maintenance operation.

Sentry-Seal Wireless

The Sentry-Seal Wireless communicates over a Bluetooth connection with a receiver connected to the Sentry-RMS. The receiver can communicate with up to eight different transmitters in order to seal eight separate locations. Each of these devices may then be individually integrated with the Sentry-RMS desktop software.
