Acquisition of D-tect Systems by Ludlum Measurements, Inc.

D-tect Systems, a division of VPI Technology (www.vpitechnology.com), and its parent company, VPI Technology, have been acquired by Ludlum Measurements, Inc. (www.ludlums.com).
Jeremy Williams, Managing Director of the D-tect Systems division of Ludlum, expressed his enthusiasm for joining the Ludlum family of companies. Ludlum Measurements was founded in 1962 by Don Ludlum and is a privately held, family-owned company based in Sweetwater, Texas. LMI offers a large array of radiation detection instrumentation, developed to help monitor the safety of personnel and the environment.
